The Homie Front Community Network is currently building out its core leadership team and recruiting artist-educators to serve as Homie Front Ambassadors during the 2026 / 2027 academic year.

This project is Founding Ambassador, Aeysha Kinnunen’s thoughtful response to six years of lived experience in rural North America. Driven by the desire to find practical, service oriented models of performance and a wish to research organizational systems that prioritize healthy relationships, Kinnunen lived in the lower central valley of CA, Humboldt County CA, and Mazomanie WI. Their work as a musician, poet, grant writer, non-profit systems builder, grassroots arts organizer, and community member has shaped the ideological foundations of The Homie Front.

This endeavor is ready for collaborative critique. Input is required for this thought - which exists at the juncture of a range of practical and diverse needs - to be actualized in community practice.

The Homie Front is calling for collaborators. Those capable of providing relevant feedback as foundational documents are finalized, those interested in building out THF’s organizational infrastructure, and those interested in facilitating and/or being supported by The Network’s activities.
